We appreciate that the service we provide does not stop when we handover our developments and projects. Our customers tell us that one of our biggest strengths is the way that we react to post completion defects and how our performance in this regard sets us apart from our competitors.
On completion of each project we ask our customers to score us across our 16 Key Performance Indicators. This enables us to benchmark our targets in each category and strive for continuous improvement
